Noa, an insecure single woman, discovers she has a tumor on her heart - and it's none other than Boaz, the ex who broke her heart three years ago. While she thought she'd moved on, it turns out he's still there - quite literally stuck to her heart. The only way to remove the tumor and find new love comes with a catch: she has to kill the real Boaz, gun and all.
The plot takes a wild turn when her unhinged psychologist enters the picture, carrying a tumor of her own, alongside Ami, a neurotic man who never goes anywhere without his pet tank, and Rufus, a medical catalyst who happens to be Boaz's doppelganger.
Now Noa faces a life-altering choice: keep the tumor and resign herself to dying alone as a cat lady whose body will only be discovered once the neighbors notice the smell, or kill Boaz and take a chance on finding love again.
